Hello all,
As 2025 comes to a close, we would like to say thank you for an amazing year. We focused, learned, and grew together. 2025 is a year that saw old friends move on to better and brighter futures. While it wasn’t our loudest year, it did leave a lasting impression. We have set the stage for a successful 2026.
Our biggest and proudest achievements are deepening our partnership with the Federación Boliviana de Rugby. Together, we have decided to build the Sparta Performance Center and Estadio Gilberto Juan Rodriguez. This will be a stadium and entertainment hub in La Paz that will anchor our long-term footprint in Bolivia’s sports and cultural landscape. Bolivia has become Gillybert’s new home in Latin America, and our commitment to supporting the region’s growth continues.
As old friends moved on to brighter futures, we had the opportunity to host our first internship. Braian Song from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois, was our Digital Marketing and Strategy Fellow. Along with Wijo, Braian led our marketing efforts, digital transformation, and our rebranding. Their collaboration launched Gillybert’s Official YouTube Channel, offering a behind-the-scenes look at our work, people, and culture. He was instrumental in developing our talent pipeline.
Finally, our investment side, Gilly Ventures, launched in March of this year. Our first collaboration was Impact Economy Lab, a series of workshops focused on helping entrepreneurs and organizations navigate growth, innovation, and global expansion. The Lab is part of the Venture Frontier Accelerator Program from Gilly Ventures. Together, it is already becoming a bridge between emerging markets and entrepreneurs.
2025 has been a fun year for strengthening Gillybert’s foundation, equipped with new partnerships, stronger talent, and a renewed commitment to expanding its regional presence in Latin America.
As in the words of the emperor, “Drink wine, I’m pretty, and pay your taxes. Go on now…”
