The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a persuasive closer with a passion for consultative selling and the ability to connect research/creative services to client needs. You’ll drive new business by prospecting, pitching, and closing deals—earning competitive commissions for every client you bring onboard.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients (B2B) needing market research, consumer insights, or creative marketing services.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and position Gillybert’s solutions.
  • Close deals and manage the contract process.
  • Collaborate with our research and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Who You Are:

  • Proven sales experience (preferably in market research, consulting, marketing services, or agencies).
  • Strong ability to sell high-value, intangible services (not just products).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can simplify complex insights into compelling pitches.
  • Self-driven with a hunger for uncapped earning potential.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
