Amanda Marzana is Chief Operating Officer at Gillybert, based in Cochabamba, Bolivia. A trilingual linguist and business professional, she brings together experience in operations, accounting, logistics, customer service, and cross-cultural communication. She holds a degree in Applied Linguistics and is currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Engineering, strengthening her foundation in business administration and management.
Amanda has worked with U.S. companies and international teams across Latin America, developing a strong ability to navigate different cultures, communication styles, and professional environments. Her experience in accounting and logistics developed her organizational discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset, including responsibility for billing, payables and receivables, vendor coordination, and business documentation.
Her background in customer service, interpretation, and administration has further strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, resolve challenges, and build productive relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
As COO, Amanda brings an adaptable, structured, and people-centered approach to managing operations and supporting Gillybert’s international work. She is particularly passionate about management, communication, marketing, sports, and education.
